We may share information with third‑parties (such as airlines, hotels, universities, visa authorities) strictly for the purpose of delivering the service you requested. We will make clear when your information is shared and, where required, seek your consent.

Cookie Policy

Introduction

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website to provide you with a better browsing experience, to help us understand how you use our site, and to tailor our service to your preferences.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your browser when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your browser and remember things like preferences, login status, or which pages you visited.

How we use cookies

We use cookies for the following purposes:

• Essential cookies: These are necessary for the website to function and cannot be turned off in our systems. They help with operations such as site security and login status.
• Performance cookies: These help us improve the performance of our site by collecting anonymous information about how visitors use it.
• Marketing cookies: These allow us to deliver more relevant advertising or promotions based on your browsing activity. If you disable these cookies, you'll still see advertising, but it may be less relevant to you.

Consent & Control

When you first visit our website, we will show you a prompt asking for your consent for non‑essential cookies. You can choose to accept or decline these cookies.

You also have the option to disable or delete cookies via your browser settings — although some parts of the website may not function fully if cookies are disabled.

Third‑party cookies

Some cookies are placed by third‑party providers (for example analytics or advertising services). While we strive to work with trusted partners, we do not control all these cookies and recommend you review the privacy policies of the third‑parties if you wish to know more.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example when laws change or we introduce new technologies. We will publish any changes on this page to keep you informed.

Promotions Terms & Conditions

Overview

These terms and conditions ("T&Cs") govern any special promotional offers made by DN Travel. By participating in a promotion, you agree to comply with these T&Cs in addition to our standard booking terms.

General Conditions

1. Promotional offers are valid only for bookings made during the stated promotional period and for the specified travel dates.
2. Promotions may include discounts, split‑payment options, upgrades, or other benefits as clearly specified in the promotion.
3. All advertised prices are "from" prices, are indicative, and are subject to availability, currency fluctuations, and travel dates.
4. The promotional price is only guaranteed once all required payments are received in full and you meet all conditions of the promotion.
5. Cancellations, modifications or no‑shows may result in forfeiture of promotional benefits and may incur fees or full loss of paid amounts, depending on the third‑party service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators).
6. Changes to travel dates, flights, accommodation or destination may not be allowed under some promotions and may incur additional charges.
7. DN Travel reserves the right to withdraw or amend a promotion at its discretion without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed under the promotion with full payment.
8. Promotions exclude certain third‑party service provider conditions; you may be subject to additional terms for services such as airlines, hotels or sightseeing tours.

Split Payment Promotions

If a promotion allows split payments:

• The first instalment is due at booking to secure the promotional rate.
• Subsequent instalments must be paid by the due dates specified; failure to pay may result in cancellation and loss of benefits.
• Any optional add‑ons or upgrades must be paid in full at the time of booking where required.
• Voluntary date changes or cancellations may result in administration fees or full loss of the booking value, depending on the service provider and promotion.

Force Majeure and Unforeseen Changes

DN Travel is not responsible for any compensation or refund beyond what the third‑party service provider offers in case of disruption due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, epidemics, border closures, flight cancellations, or government travel bans).
